DESCRIPTION:This virtual theatre class is perfect for little kids with BIG imaginations. With on-your-feet activities that tap into young artist's creativity\, develop skills in improvisation\, characterization\, and vocal technique\, and release creative energy\, young artists will bring stories to life through reading\, acting\, music\, and art. At the end of the semester\, students will share their work in a one-of-a-kind virtual showcase. \n\nJanuary 25 - March 22\n\nMondays from 4:30 - 5:15 PM EST\n\nGrades: K - 2nd \n\nVirtual Platform: Zoom \n\nInstructor: Tania Battista \n\nTuition: $135*\n\nSupplies Needed: Internet connect\, a small\, designated space to safely move around during class.\n\nStudio 52 is supported by Walnut Cove Members Association and Eaton Corporation. This project was supported by the North Carolina Arts Council\, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. www.NCArts.org\n\n*Payment options \n\nTuition payments can be completed in full online. \n\nPartial payments may be made over the phone by calling the Box Office at (828) 693-0731 or in person Monday through Thursday from 10AM - 5PM. A $50 deposit is required to secure a student's spot in the class. Full payment must be completed halfway through the semester.\n\n?Students and families that register for more than one class are offered a $25 discount for each additional class. This offer applies to multiple classes for one student or family discounts for siblings.
