He has more than thirty years of experience in helping business people in both large and small organizations improve their on-the-job skills.\n\n\n\nSource material will come from two works by Martin Latz (Former Negotiator on White House Advance Teams) and former FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss' "Never Split the Difference."  Video examples and group exercises would come from David's Film "The Highland Park\, TX Hockey League" which is a comedy that tells the tale of a group of Texas-based female consultants negotiating an ice hockey extravaganza with some very hard-nosed Russians.  Some of the negotiating strategies that David will introduce may contradict what attendees have learned from earlier negotiation books and programs so we will be able to generate some lively discussions in that regard.
