DESCRIPTION:"Getting to know you..." Meaningfully connect and collaborate with young artists from across the country in this virtual musical theatre class featuring Broadway songs about friendship! In high-energy zoom classes combining singing\, acting\, and movement\, students will hone their theatrical skills while developing a virtual musical revue shared with friends and family at the end of the semester. \n \n\nJanuary 28 - March 25\n\nThursdays from 4:30 - 5:15 PM EST\n\nGrades: 3rd - 5th\n\nVirtual Platforms: Zoom\, Flipgrid\n\nInstructors: Anna Kimmell\, Matthew Glover \n\nTuition: $150* \n \n\nSupplies Needed: Internet connection\, headphones\, a device with a working camera for video submissions \n\nStudio 52 is supported by Walnut Cove Members Association and Eaton Corporation. This project was supported by the North Carolina Arts Council\, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. www.NCArts.org\n \n\n*Payment options \n\nTuition payments can be completed in full online.  \n\nPartial payments may be made over the phone by calling the Box Office at (828) 693-0731 or in person Monday through Thursday from 10AM - 5PM. A $50 deposit is required to secure a student's spot in the class. Full payment must be completed halfway through the semester.\n\n?Students and families that register for more than one class are offered a $25 discount for each additional class. This offer applies to multiple classes for one student or family discounts for siblings.
